Treatment Model - Technical Guide
Getting users into treatment is key to delivery of the Government's Drugs Strategy. For this policy to work most effectively, the growth in provision of treatment should correspond with the growth in demand as policy takes effect. There is therefore a need to be able to forecast the demand for treatment services.
