Summary of responses to government's consultation on Section 2 of the Drugs Act 2005

In December 2005 the government published a consultation letter on Section 2 of the Drugs Act 2005, seeking views on the quantity of a controlled drug found in a person's possession above which a court will presume that it was held with intent to supply others. The consultation period closed on 3 March 2006.
