MORI confidence / perceptions presentation

This presentation, which was produced by Ipsos-MORI, provides useful information obtained through research with the public. It sets out:

• the level of public confidence in the police and local authorities
• what information communities want from the police and local authority, and how they want it to be delivered
• trusted sources of information
• examples of successful communication programmes that have positively influenced community confidence and perceptions of drug use, including an example from South Tyneside which led to dramatic reductions in perceptions of drug use and dealing
