Volatile Substance Abuse Toolkit
This toolkit is designed for all those who may come into contact with volatile substance abuse (VSA), or who have a role in preventing VSA. It provides information not only on the effects of VSA and recommendations on how to deal with a person intoxicated by volatile substances, but also sets out the response and resources available from the government and a range of agencies and organisations.
