Domestic licences

Companies and individuals need to apply for Home Office domestic licenses if they wish to produce, supply or possess controlled drugs.

What is a controlled drug?

  • Drugs are controlled under the Misuse of Drugs legislation and are grouped under different schedules. Anyone producing, supplying or possessing controlled drugs needs to apply for a licence.
