ACMD Freedom of information
You are entitled to receive information from the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs under the Freedom of information Act, unless exceptions apply.
If no exceptions apply, you will be entitled to:
- be informed in writing by the council whether it holds information of the description specified in your request
- have the information communicated to you - if it is held by the council
- have your request dealt with within 20 days
- appeal to the Information Commissioner to decide whether we dealt with your request in accordance with the act
