The morning sessions included five workshops (which were repeated in the afternoon session), each one based on a main topic and providing delegates with opportunities to:

• hear how existing strategic or operational approaches to supporting families affected by substance misuse have been developed
• explore the potential for family focused work to be further developed and sustained nationally
