This area of the site is for you to show work that relates to joint commissioning.
We would like you to nominate one project from your DAT area for inclusion on the site. The DAT work pages are password protected and not accessible to the public. All submissions are welcome. Once received, the information will be edited before being sent back for final approval.
Guidelines for innovation copy
All projects will differ, so please use the list below as general guidance for what to include. Feel free to include any additional information.
- Describe the project
- Outline the aims of the project
- How was need identified for the work (e.g. research undertaken)?
- What funding was required? How did you get funding?
- Were other partners involved?
- How long did it take to set up the initiative?
- What problems did you encounter and how did you overcome them?
- Have you evaluated the success of the project or are there any plans to?
- Include contact name and details for the project
- Add any other information that you feel would be helpful to other DAT members in setting up a similar project
