Terms and conditions

Important information about the FRANK awards.

1. All entries must complete the nomination form and email it back to frank@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk or post to

2. Any submissions received via any other means will not be eligible for the judging process.
3. Nominations must be received on or before midnight on 31 January 2009. Any entries received after this date will not be eligible for entry.
4. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over on 28 February 2009.
5. Entries must be resident in England.
6. Entries will be judged by a Home Office chaired panel.
7. The judges' decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to edit and reject nominations for publication.
8. The winners will be announced in early March 2009 by post.
9. The winners should be prepared to take part in some promotional activity including media, although if necessary anonymity of clients will be respected.
10. All nominations may be used by the FRANK campaign in published materials to demonstrate best practice.
