Judging criteria
All nominations for a FRANK award must relate to FRANK communications which have taken place since January 2007.
An expert judging panel chaired by the Home Office will assess nominations on the criteria below. The winners will be invited to an awards reception at the Home Office in late March 2009.
Aims and objectives
A nominee scoring highly on these criteria will:
- show reasons behind the project
- refer to achievement targets set for the project, i.e. where, how and to whom it was designed to have the greatest impact and why
- detail which audiences/partners/stakeholders were to be targeted, how and why
Project process
A nominee scoring highly on these criteria will:
- show how their approach was tailored for the target audience
- provide evidence of working collaboratively with relevant partners
- illustrate engagement work with the local community
Impact and outcomes
A nominee scoring highly on these criteria will:
- demonstrate positive and quantifiable results from the project
- show how the project delivered replicable outcomes
- illustrate how the project has made a positive impact on the community
- provide examples of how the project inspired others or was seen as a role model
